Ingredients

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp butter

Steps

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, warm the peanut butter, honey, and butter together until smooth, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the oats until fully coated. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the lined pan. Chill for at least 1 hour, then cut into 8 bars.
